We have been installing building automation controls along with various other controls to blue prints and specifications since 2012. We have done various types of jobs, from restaurants, chemical labs, schools, process cooling, training facilities, multi-use, and office buildings.

We have installed BAS systems in various types of buildings, upgrading the old pneumatic systems to DDC systems. We specialize in boiler plant, hot and chilled water systems. 

We have service contracts at various locations. We trouble shoot and plan cost conscience resolutions. We integrate most manufacturers and work with N-2, BacNet, Modbus, and Lon devices.

 We work with various mechanical contractors with Valent, Aaon, and Daikin/Mcquay controls. We have worked on most systems out there.

We are an authorized Johnson Controls PCG control line seller. We also sell Johnson Controls Facility Explorer headend and servers as well as Tridium. We also sell and work on TCS Basys controls.
